Don't need to allow somone or anything to disrupt your peace. No one is worth your peace of mind.
If it is difficult to use the word (no) you would be imagin. "You are not alone". In this world there are thousands of people that are using the little word say "NO" and used to be one them.

"Say 'No. don't lie. don't make excuses. Don't explain-yourself. Just simply decline.
But I learned in a quick, fast and in hurry to become comfortable with disappointing people by saying NO!

"You have to need to say no as often as you need to! I do, and it has saved my my marriage and prevented me from being a dreadful mom".
Imagine saying no to people asking you for favors, and inspiring their respect in the process.
If you fed up by people that has been found arround you like (coworkers, friends, and family members) are demanding your time and has been tried to taking advantage of you. You need to say "No' as often as you need.
